What type of materials do you use on your signs?
We strictly use aluminum for returns, backs, and raceways. Acrylic is used for letter faces. We also provide custom painting, vinyl, and digital prints.
My customer wants an unusual color. Can you produce it?
Yes, we use the Matthews Paint System which permits us to match almost any color, including Pantone, Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams.
What brand of LEDs do you use?
Our primary LED brand is Principal LED. If a different LED is specified for your project we can obtain any necessary brand.
Where is your facility located?
We are located in north Denver, Colorado, right near I-25.
How long does it take for you to return an estimate?
We can typically have an estimate for you within 2 – 3 business hours of the time we receive your completed quotation information. We will contact you if we have additional questions.
What type of channel letters can you produce?
We can produce standard and custom front lit, reverse (halo lit), front/halo lit, trimless, logo boxes, open cans, push throughs, faux neon, as well as flat cut out acrylic letters and tenant panels. All of our channel letter types can be built illuminated or non-illuminated.
Once you have approved (and we have received) all of your final paperwork, including colors and all needed information, we will provide you with the shipping date. Depending on the product, we can usually build and ship within 2 weeks. We also have standard and premium rushes. Let your dedicated DSW team member know if you have any questions.
